Web Site Maintenance Plans
Our Web Maintenance Packages let you keep the focus on your business while keeping your site up-to-date with the latest news, products or services. You are billed monthly, and then are able to make as many changes and updates to your current web pages within the time allotted for each package. The cost of maintaining a web site can be greatly reduced by utilizing one of our maintenance plans.
You can email us your updates and instructions (i.e. digital documents containing new text you want to add or modify on your site, new/updated links, new graphics, etc) and we will make the desired modifications to your site within 1 -3 business days or sooner as often as you like depending on the plan chosen below.
Web Site Maintenance Plans:
Small Business Maintenance Plan
2 hour maintenance updates per month
$90 per month on a month-month basis or $990 per year prepaid with one month free.
Premium Business Maintenance Plan
4 hours of maintenance updates per month
$180 per month on a month-month basis or $1980 per year prepaid with one month free.
Corporate Maintenance Plan
6 hours of maintenance updates per month
$270 per month on a month-month basis or $2970 per year prepaid with one month free.
Unlimited Maintenance Plan
Unlimited hours of maintenance updates per month
$750 per month on a month-month basis or $9000 per year prepaid.
Included in these maintenance plans are any of the following:
- Adding Pages/Photo Additions
- Adding new content to your site
- Editing, revising, or updating your existing content
- Updating links, inserting new links
- Removing or archiving current content
- Adding New Email Accounts/Email Account Set-Up
**Site redesign is NOT included in maintenance packages.
**If you exceed the total number of hours for your web maintenance plan, the standard hourly rate of $45/hr will apply. However, you will be notified before the work is done if you have exceeded the total number of hours.
